What we collect
- Email address — to send your sign-in code and order emails.
- Name (optional) and contact phone number (required to order) — the phone number is only so the kitchen can call about a live order. We do not send text messages.
- Order details — items, totals, pickup code, order note, status and time.
- Table requests and meal-plan records — date, time, party size, plates used.
- Basic, cookie-free visit statistics if Plausible analytics is switched on. If Google Analytics is used instead, it may set cookies.
Where it lives
- Everything above is stored in our Supabase (Postgres) database, access-controlled so only you and restaurant staff can see it.
- Cart and favourites are kept in your own browser (local storage) until you sign in, then favourites sync to your account.
- Sign-in codes are generated and verified by Supabase Auth, not stored by us.
- Card details are never stored by us. Card payments are handled on a page hosted by Stripe.
Who else sees it
- Vercel hosts the site. Supabase hosts the database and authentication.
- Google (Gmail) or Resend delivers our emails.
- Stripe processes card payments if you choose to pay by card online.
- DoorDash (and any other delivery app) handles delivery orders under its own privacy policy. We do not pass your direct-order data to them.
- Restaurant staff see the details needed to prepare and hand over your order.
We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for 3 years for accounting and tax purposes, then deleted.
Your choices
- Edit your name and phone number in My account → Profile.
- Delete account removes your profile and saved items. Past order records may be kept for accounting.
- To ask what we hold about you or to have it removed, email desidhabacuisine@gmail.com or call 682-410-0114.
- Every notification is an email. You will never be texted.
Children
The site is not aimed at children under 13.

If we change this page we will update the date above.
