Terms & refunds

Ordering

You can order for pickup or dine-in on this site. You must sign in with an emailed code and give a valid contact phone number, which the kitchen uses only to call about a live order. Prices, sales tax (8.25% in Texas unless updated) and any gratuity are calculated by our server when you place the order; the total on the confirmation is the total that applies. Items can sell out, and we may cancel an order we cannot fill.

Delivery is through DoorDash

We do not deliver orders placed on this site. Delivery is handled by DoorDash on its own site or app under its own terms, prices, fees and refund rules. Your cart here does not carry over to DoorDash. Meal plans, reward points and discount codes are direct-order only and do not apply on DoorDash or any other delivery app.

Payment

You may pay at the counter, or by card online through Stripe where switched on. We never see or store your card number.

Pickup and dine-in

Collect at 100 W Pioneer Pkwy #158, Arlington, TX 76010, and give your pickup code. We email you when your order is on the stove and when it is ready. Please collect promptly; food quality drops as it sits.

Cancellations

To cancel, call 682-410-0114 as soon as possible. Once the kitchen has started your order we may not be able to cancel it. If we cancel an order we email you.

Refunds

• If we cancel your order, or we cannot fill it, you receive a full refund.
• If something is wrong with your food, tell us before you leave or within 24 hours of pickup by calling 682-410-0114 or emailing desidhabacuisine@gmail.com. We will remake, refund, or credit the item, at our discretion.
• Card refunds go back to the original card through Stripe and usually take 5–10 business days.
• Counter payments are refunded the way they were paid.

Meal plan

The meal plan plate is priced as shown on the site and is valid on the days, hours and order types shown there and in your account, which the restaurant can change. Multi-plate packs are proposals until confirmed. Refund/expiry rule for confirmed packs: not yet set by the restaurant — ask before buying a prepaid pack. Plates have no cash value and cannot be combined with discount codes.

Discount codes and rewards

Codes have their own minimum spend, usage limits and expiry, and may be withdrawn. Reward points earn 1 point per dollar spent on completed direct orders; redemption rate is set on the Settings tab. Points and codes have no cash value and apply to direct orders only.

Gratuity

Gratuity is added automatically for dine-in parties at or above the size set on the Settings tab.

Allergies

Some menu items may contain nuts or nut-derived ingredients. Please inform restaurant staff of any food allergies before ordering. Our kitchen handles shared ingredients, so we cannot guarantee any dish is free of an allergen.

Halal

Halal options are available. The specials labelled halal on the site are halal. Ask staff about any other dish; we do not claim that every dish is halal.

Table requests

A table request is a request, not a guaranteed booking, until we confirm it. We may release a table if you are more than 15 minutes late.

Accounts

Keep your email account secure; anyone who can read your sign-in code can use your account. We may suspend accounts used to abuse the site or send codes to other people.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes will be heard in the courts of Tarrant County, Texas.
